Course overview
Estate layout is where planning intent becomes plots, roads and frontages that either work or waste land for decades. This course takes a constrained parcel through structure, movement hierarchy, block and plot subdivision, open space, and drawn output — with efficiency, amenity and buildability tested against each other rather than assumed.
