Client-style brief
A town council and its highway authority want a public realm framework for a declining high street and the three connecting streets around it. Previous work produced attractive visuals with no delivery route. The brief is a framework that sets a consistent materials, planting, lighting and furniture approach, identifies deliverable interventions in phases, and can be adopted as guidance.
