A consultancy has had two submissions invalidated and one condition discharged against a superseded plan. Drawings were issued with duplicate numbers, mixed revisions and inconsistent scales, and no one can prove what was sent. The brief is to build a drawing set production and issue system and to prove it by packaging a full submission.
